How Taco Drop: Retro Game handles local progress, website visits, and support email.

Effective October 26, 2026. Taco Drop: Retro Game is an app by Alex Whedbee, with support operated by AW Ventures, LLC. This policy covers the current app and these Taco Drop web pages. The App Store release is pending.

Information used by the game

Taco Drop is an offline, single-player game. The current game does not send gameplay information to the developer or an analytics or advertising service. It does not include accounts, advertising, tracking SDKs, or in-app purchases.

The game stores your personal best score, whether you have unlocked the Tidal Room, and your sound and haptic preferences in local app storage. These values let the game remember your progress and settings. The current run is not a cloud save, and the game does not provide account-based synchronization.

Sound effects are generated and played on your device. Haptic effects use supported device hardware. The game does not record audio or request access to your microphone, camera, contacts, or location.

Your local progress

The game has no in-app reset-progress control. Deleting the app removes its local data from that installation; offloading the app can retain it. Apple device backup and restore settings may preserve or restore app data. AW Ventures, LLC does not operate a gameplay account or gameplay database from which to delete or restore your progress.

Apple services

Device operating systems, backup services, and any diagnostic information handled by Apple are subject to their own settings and practices. See Apple’s privacy policy. These services are separate from the game’s local progress storage.

This website and hosting

These app pages are hosted on Bluehost. They do not implement analytics, advertising trackers, forms, application cookies, or browser storage. Your browser requests the page and its local image and style files. Bluehost processes technical information associated with serving those requests, such as your IP address, browser request information, and server logs. Hosting is separate from data stored by the app on your device. See the Newfold Digital privacy notice for the provider’s practices.

Support and privacy email

If you email support@alexwhedbee.com or privacy@alexwhedbee.com, we receive your sender address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and investigate the issue. Email delivery involves the email services used by you and the recipient. Please send only what is needed; do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unrelated sensitive information.

You can ask about a message you sent or request its deletion by emailing privacy@alexwhedbee.com. Provider-held copies and any applicable legal requirements can affect what can be removed. This policy does not set a fixed retention period for provider logs or support messages.
